• We may ask for a deposit or confirmation ahead of certain treatments; any such requirement will be communicated to you directly.
• Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel, so we can offer the slot to another client.
• We reserve the right to refuse or reschedule service at our discretion (for example, in case of illness, safety concerns, or repeated no-shows).

4. Pricing

Prices for our services are communicated directly via WhatsApp and may be adjusted from time to time. Any price quoted at the time of booking will be honored for that appointment.

Please inform us of any allergies, skin sensitivities, pregnancy, or medical conditions relevant to your treatment before your appointment, so our team can adapt the service safely. Some treatments may not be suitable for all clients.
